The agreement

This website is the personal and professional website of Josiah Price (“I,” “me”), an actor, director, and educator in Lafayette, Louisiana. Booking and representation are handled by Creative Reach, the public brand of Collective Reach LLC.

By using josiahprice.com you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Anyone who makes a purchase or submits a form through this site must be 18 or older, or a minor acting with a parent or guardian’s permission.

What you may do

You may read, link to, and share pages from this site. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or sell its content, photographs, or marks without written permission; use the site to send spam or false submissions; interfere with its operation; or use it for anything unlawful. Requests for permission go to yes@josiahprice.com.

Ownership

Text and photographs of Josiah Price on this site are owned by or licensed to Josiah Price. Production posters and artwork shown in the credits belong to the theatres and designers who made them and appear here to identify the productions; they may not be copied from this site. Press clips link to their publishers and remain the publishers’ property.

Payments and refunds

This site sells nothing and takes no payments. Any engagement, sponsorship, or purchase agreed with me is governed by its own written agreement or invoice, which will state its own refund terms. If I ever take a payment through this site by mistake or in duplicate, email me and it will be refunded in full.

Third-party links and services

The site links to other websites and services (for example, Instagram, KRVS, KLFY, KATC, The Advocate, Cité des Arts, and the organizations I work with). I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranty; limits on liability

I work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Dates, venues, and programs can change; check with me before relying on them. To the fullest extent the law allows, Josiah Price will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the site in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Louisiana law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to me first will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
